The Joliepan project appeared on the Suceava market eight years ago, born out of a love for good taste, art, decor and beauty, and the desire of two 22 and 23-year-old young people with a "great dose of madness" who dreamed of offering those who crossed their threshold a sweet and memorable culinary experience!
We like to say that at Joliepan, each item on our menu has its own story and personality, knows how to catch your eye and has a great chance of winning you over, which is why it is very important for us that the "Jolie-loving audience" experience doesn't end even with the last bite. Pastry chef Hasna Ilie - Joliepan co-founder, is a true artisan of sweet culinary art, being the perfect definition of a person who knows how to transform their experience into expertise, an artist always ready for new creations and unconventional ideas, and from his constant desire to progress, attention to detail on the plate, promptness, and flexibility can only result in products that are at least as good as they look!
Certainly, the raw materials used make a difference, all of them being high-class - from genuine chocolate, fruit purees, mascarpone, Philadelphia, butter, cream, vanilla pods, eggs, almond flour, and even raspberries completely unsprayed, harvested from their own culture!
