Now IULIUS MALL SUCEAVA is expanding, continuing its mission to keep the public connected to retail trends, with access to renowned fashion brands closer, new leisure opportunities and facilities that make life easier.

65,000 MP OF RETAIL AT SUPERLATIVE – THE LARGEST SHOPPING DESTINATION IN THE NORTH OF THE COUNTRY

40 million euros investment in expansion, the IULIUS investment in Suceava will thus reach 110 million euros
Iulius Mall Suceava is expanding with another 14,000 square meters, in the form of a retail park
another 10,000 square meters of the existing mall are being reconfigured and redeveloped

NEW FAMOUS FASHION BRANDS AND A PARK AREA

The extension will complement the attractions already offered by Iulius Mall Suceava with:

a new mix of international fashion brands, brought to the region for the first time
drive-thru locations
shops and services with direct access from outside, including those of local entrepreneurs and producers
relaxation area and promenade, with themed restaurants and cafes and terraces
medical services, in an individual space
a green and pedestrian area of 10,000 sqm, which will bring an infusion of nature and a space for outdoor events

BETTER URBAN CONNECTIVITY
With the expansion, the area will benefit from an urban remodel:

modernization of the entrances to the project
reorganization of pedestrian accesses and road connections
almost 800 new parking spaces, which will lead to a
total capacity of over 2,150 parking spaces
new facilities for electric, alternative and public transport

STAGES OF IULIUS MALL SUCEAVA EXTENSION

ÎCurrently, the initiative is in the stage of obtaining approvals for authorization.
The start of construction work is estimated for the second part of 2022. The completion of the investment will be at the end of 2023.
